Smart Finance Platform: a digital contactless financing journey in India

With the launch of the Renault KIGER in India, Renault Finance launched in March 2021 an online platform to offer contactless finance journey to Renault customers. “Smart Finance Platform” digitizes the entire journey for a customer intending to buy a Renault car. Renault India website acts as an intermediary between the customer and Renault Finance.

 

The Renault Duster at its launch was a revelation for the Indian market. Thereafter, the Renault KWID and the Renault TRIBER, revolutionized their respective segments and won several accolades for their design, practicality and the overall customer value they offered.  With the launch of KIGER, Renault Finance wanted to offer unique experience to Renault customers by offering tailormade financial solutions on a digital platform. Smart Finance Platform was conceived towards customer convenience and a leap towards digitization of customer journey.

2020 changed many things, including how automobile retail and sales finance business was done in India. The entire car buying journey witnessed considerable shift. Transition was from physical to digital or the evolution to “phygital” journey. In order to put customer safety first, many physical touch points were eliminated. Renault launched its virtual studio with unique features. Through a 360’ digital ecosystem solution, Renault Finance launched Smart Finance Platform to provide seamless end to end online digital customer journey for each Renault customer.

At Renault Finance we were committed towards providing contactless immersive online customer journey coupled with tailormade financial solutions for each customer. We used the lockdown period to unlock unlimited possibilities towards digitization.
