Following the survey of 1925 customers' opinions on 22 service and performance characteristics in 5 categories provided by 24 automotive banks in Germany, Renault Bank and Nissan Bank achieved the top score “Very Good” both in the overall ranking and in the 5 individual categories (interest rates, product performance, customer communication, customer consulting, customer service). Indeed, they are part of the top performers among the finance companies in Germany.
