Online sales and the distribution network: how to create a winning duo?

Digital technology has become central to purchases and plays an essential role in the customer experience. The digitalization of sales today concerns all types of products and services, including cars, wine and banking. What are the consequences of this transformation for the distribution networks?

The event, moderated by Arnaud Bouchard from Capgemini, explored the complementary fits between online and offline channels for a top-quality customer experience.
