In Germany, Renault Bank and Nissan Bank on top of the “Service Champions” ranking in customer service experience

Last October, our finance companies Renault Bank and Nissan Bank were awarded a “Gold Medal” in Customer Services Experience in a total ranking of 3,530 companies in Germany. A “Gold Medal” stands for the highest award in this study.

Moreover, Renault Bank ended up as the winner in the overall ranking of the 16 automotive banks included in the survey, thereby repeating its result from last year. Nissan Bank ranks second.

“Service Champions” is Germany’s largest service ranking. It is based on a customer study on service quality carried out by ServiceValue, an analysis and consulting company, in cooperation with daily newspaper “Die Welt” (15/17 October 2019). More than 1.7 million customer ratings were made on 3,530 companies and brands, among 353 business lines. “Service Champions” is based on reviews from both current and former customers. Customer service is assessed through the “Service Experience Score” (SES), similar to the “Net Promoter Score” and linked to customer loyalty.
