  • Stefania, what did you particularly like about your various positions in Italy?

I started my career with Renault’s teams in Italy, where I was in charge of operational marketing for the brand’s high-end products. Then, I joined the RCI Bank and Services teams in 2004, as Brand Manager for Renault and Dacia, then for Nissan, where I developed financing offers for private customers. What pleased me most about my duties? Being creative and innovative to anticipate changes in customer needs. I then chose to join the Sales Department as Zone Manager and then as Network Strategy Manager and I don't regret it. These two positions have allowed me to have more experience in the field, to work hand in hand with the network to meet the expectations of their customers in dealerships. Then, my position of Fleet Marketing Manager allowed me to discover a completely new market: fleets. My role was to deploy attractive financing and services offers for Alliance corporate clients. I took part in the Glide test (RCI Mobility) in Italy, a totally new car sharing service for our customers. Today, I am responsible for sales for Nissan Finance and I support a team of 8 Zone Managers.

  • You have benefited from international mobility as a business coach at the corporate level. Can you tell us more?

As a business coach, within the business methods departments, my role was to support the implementation and deployment of the business methods of 8 subsidiaries of the group: France, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Russia, Turkey and Morocco. This position required a great ability to adapt to different cultures and working methods, it was very rewarding! In addition, this experience was totally complementary to my previous positions, as it allowed me to develop actions rooted in a longer-term and strategic vision.

  • You have held seven positions in fourteen years at RCI Bank and Services. What is your view of your career?

I didn’t notice the time fly by! I am someone who loves learning and, during my career, I have been able to develop new skills in each of my positions. In addition, the activity of RCI Bank and Services has evolved a lot since my arrival in 2004 and it is very stimulating! Classic loans, financing offers and packaged services, car sharing: our company knows how to adapt to the needs of Alliance brand customers. Lastly, the team spirit that I encountered throughout my career at RCI Bank and Services has particularly marked me: whether with my colleagues or my representatives at manufacturers, we have always cooperated in an effective manner.
